  1. hello:)

I know this cartoon.Maybe it is famous.
I think it is not good to use catoon for commercial of cigarette.
smorking is really bad your health.
many people die from tobacco-related causes.
however smoking looks like not so dangerous in this commercial. because the picture is pretty and funny .And the
pictue create a kind of friendly atmosphere as if smoking isn't bad.
i think the commercial is a old one.
because there are more regulations than before.
the packets will be required to carry warnings that include the names of diseases such as lung cancer. It is a kind of good way to decrease the smoking person.

  2. I think that this commercial is interesting!
It looks like pretty different style from today for accepting the scene of smoking.
Today, we can see something gorgeous image on cigarette commercial,
but it seems that cigarette commercials were more friendly on years ago.
I'm not a smoker, so I don't understand what's going on it exactly;),
however, it must be reflected the point of view by generation.

I know a funny story we're inclind to fall into. "Most people tend to think smoking is much worse than drinking." Certainly that opinion seems to be very natural and common for us, Indeed the cancer is one of the Japanese poeple of the three major death. But in fact,Drinking is the worst thing, even do us worse than smoking. It's because if someone drinking tends to cause a car accident or may pick a fight with somebody. So, drinking brings about complex causes of death.
It is a story I learned in a class of the economic psychology.

  5. I'm very sorry to be late to comment on this video. What the characters in this cartoon are too fast for me to understand all of them, however, I felt interested that using funny and loveable cartoon to advertise "cigar", which is noted as "nod good","unhealthy" and which should be sometimes restrained in advertising it. Young children, however, will have interest in this advertisement and "cigar", maybe:)

  6. I think that advertisement is really tactical to sell. Young people must have had a sense of closeness with cigarettes at that time. I'm not a smoker, but I don't have a bad image to cigarettes. Smoking people are often descrived in many books which I like. I have no idea why I don't smoke actually.
